Horizontal and noodle machine
•The mixing blade adopts a special angle design to improve the uniformity of mixing.
•Flour and moisture are fully utilized, and the dough can have a moisture content of over 33.5%, gradually forming a fabric with toughness, elasticity, viscosity, extensibility, and plasticity.
•A dedicated gear reduction gearbox is adopted, which encloses the transmission gears and reduction gears that have undergone high-frequency quenching of the tooth surface inside the gearbox. A complete lubrication and sealing device is installed to improve transmission efficiency and extend service life.
Dough ripening conveyor
•The concept of dough standing still and waking up is introduced into mechanization, and the conveyor belt feeding realizes the first in, first out of materials.
•Adopting a fully sealed design, it avoids moisture loss, achieves moisture retention and insulation, and balances the moisture content of the dough.
•The powder feeding mechanism adopts a spiral powder feeding rod, and the powder feeding speed is synchronized with the conveyor belt speed, ensuring that the small dough particles are evenly fed and the tablet pressing is uniform.Equipped with timed alarm device, emergency stop button, proximity switch and other safety devices, achieving dual safety.

Automatic pole hanging machine
•Adopting an independent rod storage system, the noodles are lifted into the shelving system by high-speed quantitative rod feeding. The PLC controls the operation, randomly adjusts the length and uniformity of the noodles on both sides, and automatically returns the rod without the need for manual rod retraction, reducing labor and improving work efficiency.

Hot air centralized processing system
•The partition scheme strictly follows the dehydration law of noodles and sets up partitions that are independent of each other. Each partition is set as an independent operating unit.
•The airflow control scheme starts with the overall design of the workshop, where each drying zone is equipped with air replenishment and moisture removal functions. The air volume is adjusted separately through the air distribution system to achieve the adjustment of positive and negative pressure between each drying zone, ensuring uniform temperature and humidity along the length direction of each drying chamber.
•The air to air heat exchanger installed in the intake and exhaust units performs primary recovery of waste heat from tidal discharge, using technical solutions such as staged recovery, air circulation, and zone heating to achieve ultimate heat recovery and excellent energy-saving effects.
Adjustable speed noodle conveyor system
•The speed regulating noodle conveyor device has adjustable noodle rod movement speed, spacing, and drying time for each drying step, fully adapting to flexible noodle production.
Intelligent control system
The intelligent automatic control system realizes unmanned management of the drying room, with a human-machine interactive touch screen operation interface, and remote monitoring can be added according to user needs.
