Composite calendering
•Composite calendering and continuous calendering equipment are mainly composed of feeding device, roller, roller distance adjustment mechanism, scraper, transmission system, etc.
•The feeding device adopts direct plug-in type or arc plug-in type, which is characterized by forced feeding, good uniformity and easy material feeding.
•The calendering rollers are made of high-hardness high-chromium alloy steel, which has stronger corrosion resistance, ensuring a long service life and smooth and full pressed dough. The safety protection device ensures safe use, easy cleaning, convenient observation and easy maintenance.
•The pressing roller is driven by high-precision gears and is mostly made of alloy steel, which has high strength, hardness and durability.
•The pressing rollers are made of high chromium alloy casting rollers with high surface finish and high dough sheet thickness accuracy. The gap between each pair of pressing rollers is automatically adjusted by servo control.

Continuous calendering unit
•Automatic pick-up system: the first in the industry, patented by Haikejia. A dough support roller is added to the front end of the belt conveyor to make the angle of dough sheet entering the pressing roller more reasonable. The pick-up belt conveyor can be automatically raised and lowered. When the machine is turned on, the belt conveyor automatically rises to allow the dough sheet to automatically enter the pressing roller. When the dough sheet runs normally, the photoelectric sensor detects the dough sheet, and the belt conveyor automatically falls and stops at the normal position. If the dough sheet breaks and falls during operation, the photoelectric sensor cannot detect the dough sheet, and the belt conveyor automatically rises to realize the automatic pick-up function.
•The scraper is made of pure copper and is controlled by a cylinder. When the machine is stopped, the scraper is in a loose state, which is convenient for cleaning. When the machine is turned on, the program automatically controls the cylinder to press the scraper. The pressing force can be adjusted by controlling the cylinder stroke.
•All rollers are driven by independent motors with variable frequency transmission and dual servo motor adjustment: the gap between each pair of rollers is set by two servo motors at the left and right ends to set the calendering ratio, automatically adjust the roller spacing, and achieve one-button control.
•PLC programming automatically adjusts the tension of the dough sheet according to the proportional electric eye detection, ensuring that the running speed of each roller remains consistent, which not only ensures the continuous and uniform operation of the dough sheet, but also reduces labor.
